We are marketing Casa La Rocca ourselves and therefore avoiding the fees that an agent would charge both the buyer and seller. However, once the sale is agreed both the buyers and ourselves would need to appoint local solicitors to act for them and would need to meet the fees of the Italian notary who oversees the legal completion of the transaction.
